Anadolu\u00b7ya O\u011fuz\/T\u00fcrkmen ad\u0131yla bilinen toplulu\u011fun g\u00f6\u00e7 etmesi ve yerle\u015fmesi, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde B\u00fc y\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u00b7ndaki siyas\u00ee ve demografik geli\u015fmelerle ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<p>O\u011fuzlar, X. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda Seyhun boylar\u0131 ile onun kuzeyindeki bozk\u0131rlarda ya\u015famaktayd\u0131lar.Ya\u015fan\u0131lan hayat tarz\u0131 daha ziyade g\u00f6\u00e7ebe idi. Yegane ekonomik faaliyetleri hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131. X. y\u00fcz y\u0131l ortalar\u0131ndan sonra O\u011fuzlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yurtlar\u0131ndan g\u00f6\u00e7 etme s\u00fcrecine girdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu g\u00f6\u00e7 etmede i\u00e7 siyasi \u00e7eki\u015fme ler ve kuzeydeki K\u0131p\u00e7aklar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131 ile yer darl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yaylak mahalle rinin kifayetsizli\u011finin rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu g\u00f6\u00e7 edenlerden bir grup, Karadeniz\u00b7in kuzeyinden bat\u0131ya do\u011fru muhaceret etti. Di\u011fer bir grup ise g\u00fcneyde Cend\u00b7e geldi. O\u011fuzlar burada \u0130sl\u00e2miyeti bir din olarak kabul ettiler. \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u00b7i kabul eden bu O\u011fuzlara, \u00b7T\u00fcrkmen\u00b7 de nilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda meydana gelen B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk muhaceretinden sonra XII. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda \u00b7yeni bir T\u00fcrk muhacereti\u00b7 daha meydana geldi. Bu muhaceretler sonunda Do\u011fu Karadeniz sahilleri iki yoldan istilaya ve T\u00fcrkle\u015fmeye maruz kald\u0131. Bunlardan biri Kara deniz da\u011flar\u0131nda yayla yapan veya Har\u015fit gibi vadilerden ilerleyen, di\u011feri de 1277\u00b7de Sinop bask\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan ve Samsun\u00b7dan sahili takiben do\u011fuya do\u011fru ilerleyen O\u011fuzlar\u00b7\u0131n U\u00e7ok koluna ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7epni lerdi. \u00c7epniler, O\u011fuzlar\u00b7\u0131n 24 boyundan biri olan U\u00e7ok boyuna ba\u011fl\u0131 idi ve \u00b7d\u00fc\u015fmanla her zaman sava\u015f\u0131r\u00b7 manas\u0131na gelirdi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c7epniler\u00b7in Anadolu\u00b7nun fetih ve isk\u00e2n\u0131nda m\u00fchim roller oynad\u0131klar\u0131 bilinmektedir. Hac\u0131 Bekt\u00e2\u015f-\u0131 Veli\u00b7nin Sulucakarah\u00f6y\u00fck\u00b7teki ilk m\u00fcritleri \u00c7epniler\u00b7dendi.<\/p>\n<p>Karadeniz\u00b7e sahilden ve Giresun-Trabzon hatt\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde bulunan da\u011flar ile vadilerden ilerleyen \u00c7epni boylar\u0131, II. John (1280\u00b71297) zaman\u0131nda \u00dcnye, Ordu ve y\u00f6resini fethetmi\u015f ve Trabzon\u00b7a b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ak\u0131n d\u00fczenlemi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7epni T\u00fcrkleri, Ku\u015fdo\u011fan adl\u0131 komu tanlar\u0131 \u00f6nderli\u011finde Giresun\u00b7u 1301\u00b7de fethetmi\u015flerdi. Ordu b\u00f6lgesini fetheden ve Bayraml\u0131 beyli\u011fini kuran \u00c7epniler\u00b7in lideri Bayram Bey, 30 A\u011fustos 1332\u00b7de ordusu ile Hamsik\u00f6y yak\u0131nlar\u0131na kadar gelmi\u015f, ancak Komnenoslar\u00b7a yenilerek b\u00fcy\u00fck say\u0131da kay\u0131p vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>15 Aral\u0131k 1361\u00b7de Hac\u0131 Emir Bey, Trabzon \u0130mparatorunun elinde olan Giresun\u00b7a h\u00fccum etmi\u015fti. Yukar\u0131 Kelkit vadisinde ya\u015fayan \u00c7epniler de kuzeye do\u011fru ilerleyerek Tirebolu\u00b7nun do\u011fusunda Har\u015fit deresi \u00e7evresinde ve bu dereye yak\u0131n yerlere yerle\u015fmeye, k\u0131\u015flaklar\u0131n\u0131 yukar\u0131 Hur\u015fit\u00b7e kurmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt\u00fcn Bey\u00b7i Melik Ahmed, Bedreme kalesini k\u00e2firlerden fethetmi\u015fti. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Trabzon krallar\u0131ndan III. Aleksios, \u015eubat 1380\u00b7de Har\u015fit deresi \u00e7evresinde bulunan \u00c7epniler\u00b7in \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00c7epniler\u00b7in, XIV. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ortalar\u0131nda Giresun, Tirebolu ve \u00e7evresi ve g\u00fcneyindeki yerleri ellerinde bulundurduklar\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7epniler, b\u00f6ylelikle Trabzon\u00b7un fethinden iki y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkiye Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkmen Beylikleri d\u00f6neminde b\u00f6lgenin fethinde ve isk\u00e2n\u0131nda \u00f6nemli roller oynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Giresun b\u00f6lgesine, yo\u011fun bir \u00c7epni boyuna ait n\u00fcfus bar\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00c7epni Vilayeti ad\u0131 ile bilinmekte idi. \u015eakir \u015eevket, \u00c7epniler\u00b7in \u00f6nce T\u00fcrkeli\u00b7nden (T\u00fcrkistan) \u0130ran\u00b7a, buradan da Anadolu\u00b7ya g\u00f6\u00e7 ettiklerini s\u00f6yler. 100.000 ki\u015fi olan bu \u00c7epni boyunun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun, Giresun, Tirebolu, G\u00f6rele ve B\u00fcy\u00fckliman\u00b7a yerle\u015fti\u011fini, bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n bat\u0131ya hareket etti\u011fini kaydeder(1). \u015e\u00fcphesiz b\u00f6lgeye \u00c7epnilerden ba\u015fka \u00c7i\u011fil, Eym\u00fcr, \u00dcre\u011fir, \u015ead\u0131, Hala\u00e7 T\u00fcrkleri de gelmi\u015fler; kurduklar\u0131 k\u00f6ye, oturduklar\u0131 yere oymaklar\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015flerdir(2). \u00c7epniler, daha sonraki y\u00fczy\u0131llarda Trabzon\u00b7un do\u011fusunda bulunan yerlere g\u00f6\u00e7 ederek oralardaki T\u00fcrk yerle\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde S\u00fcrmene, Of ve Rize\u00b7nin \u00f6zellikle merkez nahiyesi ile Karadere ve \u0130kizdere\u00b7deki T\u00fcrkler\u00b7in \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 onlar\u0131n torunlar\u0131 meydana getirir. Tirebolulu H\u00fcseyin Avni Alparslan\u00b7\u0131n da ifade etti\u011fi gibi \u00b7Vakf\u0131kebir, G\u00f6rele, Tirebolu ve Giresun kentli leri\u00b7, atalar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00c7epni oldu\u011funu unutarak k\u00f6yl\u00fcleri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6r\u00fcrler ve \u00b7\u00c7epni\u00b7 veya saf anlam\u0131nda \u00b7Uz\/O\u011fuz\u00b7 adam derlerdi(3).<\/p>\n<p>Sahilde s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f kalm\u0131\u015f Rumlar\u00b7\u0131n buralar\u0131 yurt tutan O\u011fuzlar\u00b7\u0131n ba\u015fta \u00c7epniler olmak \u00fczere di\u011fer boylar\u0131 \u00b7nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u00b7 tahmin etmek zor olmasa gerekir!..<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim, Rumlar\u00b7\u0131n \u00b7toplum d\u0131\u015f\u0131, so\u011fuk ve kendisiyle konu\u015fulamayan\u00b7 ki\u015filer i\u00e7in kulland\u0131klar\u0131 \u00b7ne O\u011fuz insan\u00b7\u00b7 tan\u0131mlamas\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015f olarak ayn\u0131 boydan olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u00b7\u015fehirde oturanlar\u00b7 taraf\u0131ndan \u00b7k\u00f6yde oturanlar\u00b7 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu da, Siri-Derya boylar\u0131 ile onun kuzeyindeki bozk\u0131rlarda ya\u015fayan O\u011fuz lar\u0131n, \u015fehirde oturan \u00b7oturak O\u011fuzlar\u00b7a\u00b7 sava\u015f ile me\u015fgul olmay\u0131p, kendilerini \u015fehir hayat\u0131na verdikleri i\u00e7in g\u00f6\u00e7ebe elda\u015flar\u0131nca yatuk, yani tembel denmesi gibi(4)\u00b7 Bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyici tan\u0131m, \u00c7epniler\u00b7in bir O\u011fuz\/T\u00fcrkmen boyu oldu\u011funun \u015fuuruna var\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczere de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f, k\u00f6yl\u00fc ve \u015fehirli hemen her kesim \u00c7epni boyuna mensup olmalar\u0131 ile \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fcr olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcn Tirebolu ve y\u00f6re kasabalar\u0131nda oturan \u015fehirli halk, k\u0131rsal kesimden gelmi\u015f, daha sonra sosyal stat\u00fc olarak \u00b7\u015fe- hirli\u00b7 olmu\u015f, ekseriyetle \u00c7epni boyuna mensup ki\u015filerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte, y\u00f6remize yerle\u015fen \u00c7epniler\u00b7in izleri ve \u00c7epni ger\u00e7e\u011fi!..<\/p>\n<p>Bu kitab\u0131n konusu olan \u00b7Karahasano\u011fullar\u0131\u00b7, s\u00f6zl\u00fc anlat\u0131mlara g\u00f6re ikinci muhaceret s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve bunu takip eden y\u0131llarda \u00f6nce, eski ad\u0131 \u00dcsk\u00fchat olan Erzurum Horasan\u0131\u00b7na, daha sonra Do\u011fu Karadeniz\u00b7de Trabzon Ma\u00e7ka\u00b7ya gelmi\u015flerdir. Ma\u00e7kal\u0131 \u015fair-yazar Av. Subutay Karahasano\u011flu (1925\u00b72006), \u00b7Karahasano\u011fular\u0131\u00b7ndan bir kolun Tirebolu\u00b7ya yerle\u015fti\u011fini, Tirebolu\u00b7dakilerle akraba olduklar\u0131n\u0131\u00b7 s\u00f6ylemekteydi. Ma\u00e7ka\u00b7da kalanlar Soyad\u0131 Kanunu\u00b7ndan sonra Karsan ve Karahasano\u011flu soyad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r(5).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zel kaynak Nazmi Karahasano\u011flu(6), Erzurum b\u00f6lgesine G\u00fcvendio\u011flu a\u015firetine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak gelindi\u011fini, a\u015firetin \u00fc\u00e7 kola ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir kolun Karadeniz\u00b7e indi \u011fini, ikinci kolun Bat\u0131 Karadeniz\u00b7e gitti\u011fini, di\u011fer \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc kolun ise \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu\u00b7ya yerle\u015fti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Nazmi Karahasano\u011flu ayr\u0131ca, bu geli\u015fte \u00b7\u0130smail\u00b7 adl\u0131 bir ki\u015fiden de bahsetmektedir. Di\u011fer bir s\u00f6zel kaynak Samiye [Karahasano\u011flu] T\u00fcrker(7) ise, herhangi bir kayna\u011fa dayan maks\u0131z\u0131n ailenin G\u00fcvende\u00b7den Eynesil\u00b7e geldi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Mahmud a anlat\u0131larak 1830 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan fermanla Ermeni Ortodoks patri\u011finin s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi Katoliklerin geriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, mallar\u0131n\u0131n ve haklar\u0131n\u0131n iadesi ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fama haklar\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
